Fateha Begum oversees the media-rich world of connected devices, focusing on the changing behaviors of the consumer or audience in video consumption and the impact of such behavior on telco strategies.
Fateha has also worked on TV-related research spanning three intelligence services: TV media, home entertainment, and broadband media. For those areas, she built extensive pay-TV on-demand models with detailed breakdowns on an operator-level basis, covering more than 50 countries.
Fateha worked at Sky UK between 2014 and 2017, gaining experience across Sky's wide portfolio of set-top box and OTT on-demand services, including NOW TV, Boxsets, Sky Q, and Sky Go. She has worked on a range of strategic projects, including scoping personalization and content recommendations across channels, leading first-year growth plans for the Sky Kids app, and reviewing Sky's short- and long-term TV apps strategy.
Fateha holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Royal Holloway, University of London.
