He specializes in analysis into global services contracts, enterprise managed services, and global telecoms and IT service providers.

David also provides research into managed and professional services, as well as large enterprise and MNC users, their sourcing requirements, and service provider relationships.

As practice leader, David supports telco and enterprise clients in their service evolution through product launches and marketing campaigns, and in contract renewal negotiations for deals worth up to $100m. He also helps emerging service providers develop their regional-to-global business plans.
